I have sensitive skin, can I use Milou products?

All of our products have been tested on sensitive skin and are suited for use on the most sensitive skin types. However, we do recommend testing formulations on separate patches of skin and assessing your skin's response.

Can I use Milou products under make-up?

Absolutely! Our oils, creams and serums can be worn under make-up. We recommend adding three drops of our Get the Gloss beauty oil to your face cream or foundation for a glowy finish.

Are your products suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

To our knowledge, there is no risk associated with any Milou products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend that you speak with your GP should you have any concerns.

Can I use Milou products under make-up?

Are your formulations non-comedogenic?

Yes, all of our products are non-comedogenic.

About Our Products

How long do your products last?

On average, our 30ml products will last up to 3 months when used daily. Our 50ml products will last 5-6 months. However, this depends on the product usage frequency. If you are using the products twice per day, they will run out faster.

What ingredients don’t you use?

All of our products are created without parabens, fillers, palm oil, petroleum, artificial colours and artificial fragrances.

What fragrances are used in Milou products?

Our products contain no artificial or synthetic fragrances. We only use natural fragrances that are extracted from botanicals in very low concentrations.

Do you have any products with SPF?

We don’t have any products with SPF (yet) but are working on one.

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing them in a cool and dark space.

How long should my product last?

Our products will remain good for 24 months after their batching date, whether or not they have been opened. If you find that a product has an unusual smell or colour, do not be alarmed - our customer service team is here to assist you.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are 100% vegan.

Do your products contain parabens?

No, all of our products are paraben-free.

Are your products cruelty-free?

All of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals.

Order, Shipping & Returns

How can I place an order?

Choose the products that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart" or "Buy." At this stage, you may "Add to Cart" or directly place the order. Once the products are in the shopping cart, follow the order process by clicking on the "Confirm" button.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email from NZ Post or USPS as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. If you have any order queries, please email us at: with your name and order number.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we have a subscription service.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Please visit our Returns section for details on how to return a product. Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges.

Do you have Afterpay?

Unfortunately we don't.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders in New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Australia but will have global shipping available shortly.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Are duties and taxes calculated at the checkout?

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

What currencies are supported?

All available currencies are listed in the drop-down menu under the flag icon on the top right-hand corner.

What if my order arrives broken or destroyed?

We will process a new delivery for you as soon as possible. Please contact us at with your order number and a photo of the damage.  

What should I do if I make a mistake in my delivery address?

To guarantee you the fastest possible delivery, we do not allow cancellations or modifications to your order once it has been finalised. Please contact us for the fastest resolution at:

What is your refund policy?

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Milou Beauty order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What is a subscription?

Subscription is a convenient way for you to get the products you love delivered to you on a regular schedule. Milou will automatically send your products based on your chosen frequency. Our subscription service is easy to use, and you can customise each order. You will receive 15% off your subscription orders, plus free shipping on all orders.

We will send a reminder email ten days before each order is shipped so you have time to change your delivery time, order date, or products. This can be done by visiting ‘My Subscription’ under your account. please email us if you have any more questions:

How do I join a subscription?

Joining a Subscription is easy, this can be done by choosing the subscription option on each product page. Simply select the ‘Subscription’ option for your desired product and select your preferred delivery frequency. Check out as normal.

What will happen after I join the subscription?

After you have signed up for your subscription, you will receive an email confirming your order. The email will include a link where you can manage all future orders and account information. We will send a reminder email ten days before each order is shipped so you have time to change your delivery time, order date, or products.

How do I view my future deliveries?

Your future orders will be listed in the ‘My subscription’ section under your account.

Can I add items to my next subscription order?

Absolutely. You will have the option to add the item or items to your upcoming subscription order.

How do I change my payment information?

When you are in your account, go to ‘Manage your Subscription’ tab and ‘Manage Payments’. You can then verify your billing and payment options.
